My BT customer service complaint/s

Where I list exactly what I think of BT, in an episode that would grace the pages of ‘Which?’ magazine or the Daily Mail. Read on to see how BT get away with..

1. Dropping an internet connection for over 17 days;
2. Lying to customers repeatedly;
3. Accusing their customers of racism;
4. Losing written complaints
5. Inventing excuses for their incompetence;
6. Cutting off a phone line & broadband for non-payment, despite notes being on the account that a complaint was being investigated;
7. Insulting their customer’s intelligence and abusing their patience & goodwill;

Blasting BT!
